The largest home our CEO/President has built to date was over 23,000 square feet, and the largest project our CEO has taken from Land Acquisition through Entitlements was over 70 acres and consisted of 138 estate sized lots. Chuck R. Thomason, our CEO has over 40 years of experience in multiple aspects of construction, development, and the real estate industry.
